Saturday, March 27th, 2021 was a day to remember. As family, friends and well wishers gathered at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Lekki Lagos, for the album launch of Jaydo D’aficianado Kinho.
David Omotayo Kinho, known musically as JAYDO KINHO is a Singer/Songwriter, Actor, Guitarist, Recording and Performing Artiste, Linguist, Translator, Screenwriter, etc.
He is a native of Badagry, Lagos state, Nigeria. A graduate of Linguistics, African and Asian Studies, in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Lagos.
The Gem in i, is Jaydo’s debut album. This eight track album highlights different areas of life that the artiste is very passionate about.
The Event was billed to start by 1pm, though it started a little later than scheduled as guests turned up a little late. Present at the event were some industry giants and colleagues including super star DJ Snoop the Damaja, DJ Nokia… and so many more.
The event was amazing, with lots of dancing and eating as the artiste of the moment, Jaydo thrilled the audience with rendition after rendition of songs from his album. The MC of the day, MC Marry Me was also on hand to put spice and humour to the event.
