Dwelling on a particular disappointment for too long can be so detrimental to your growth so why waste valuable time thinking about what caused you pain and what didn’t work.
As difficult as it might sound, you need to learn out to snap out of situations holding you back, else you might not get past where you are at the moment.
All you need do is to reflect on what went wrong and what lessons you need to get from it then you snap out as quick as you can then move forward.
If you get bitten by an ant, for instance, the pain would be there but you have to quickly move from that position to avoid being bitten by another one. You can’t say you want to look for the particular ant but you would rather look for something to kill the rest if there are any.
Pain can be in levels but you have to also learn to snap out of it and help yourself heal faster and discover more successes that lie ahead.
