The word “worth” is commonly used when having conversations and people use it carelessly most times not even knowing the true meaning or even having the understanding of what their worth is.
In Africa daily, you could hear one or two people saying “I know my worth” but after a short conversation or meeting, one could tell that the saying “empty barrel makes the loudest noise” is correct.
Knowing your worth, therefore, entails you having value to add to other people or having a special or unique ability that would ordinarily want to make others associate themselves with you.
Your worth is that driving force that brings you the success you desire and as you discover or know what you’re worth, you now have to keep doing the best in increasing the worth in all areas possible.
Don’t talk too much about your worth, let your worth make you worthy of being recognized as someone who has so much to offer people.
With time people will pay you what you’re worth in terms of the value you add and also give you that regard you desire without even asking for It or forcefully demanding it.

Let your value show your worth.
